Overview

Personavers is an AI character chat application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and how you can request deletion of your information.

Account sign-in data

You can create a Personavers account with email and password or sign in with Google. For email and password accounts, we collect your email address and store a hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.

If you choose to sign in with Google, Personavers may receive your Google account email address, display name, and profile image. We use account sign-in data to authenticate you, create or update your Personavers account, identify your account inside the app, secure access, and personalize your profile display.

Personavers does not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not share Google user data with third parties except where necessary to operate, secure, or comply with legal obligations for the service.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as email address, name, avatar, authentication provider, password hash for email accounts, and profile settings. We also store application content you create or submit, including AI characters, conversations, messages, ratings, profile facts, and conversation memory used to improve continuity in chat.

How we use information

We use information to provide authentication, operate AI chat features, save your conversations and characters, personalize your experience, maintain security, debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of the service.

Storage and security

Account and application data is stored in our database and protected with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to personal data to what is necessary to operate the service.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and related personal data from the Profile page after signing in. Account deletion removes your profile, conversations, messages, private characters, ratings, and saved preferences. We may retain limited information when required for security, legal compliance, or legitimate operational records.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
